Hotel Art Santander (Adults Only)

Equal parts excellent and disappointing

We stayed in a sea view room that offered amazing vistas of Santander Bay. The staff were accommodating, even adjusting breakfast hours for our early departure.

Air conditioning performance was lacking, leaving the room uncomfortably warm . The steep approach to the hotel made access somewhat challenging.

Our favourite, brand-new hotel in Santander with very very helpful and particularly helpful staff. Magnificent and stunning location to a popular beach. The restaurant was nice, for breakfast. Totally perfect 10/10 stay during vacation.

Attentive and highly courteous staff, everything exceptionally clean.

Comfortable bed, luxury bathroom and an electronic key card, a work desk and a multi-channel TV in the room.

The air conditioning could really use an upgrade!!! The parking facilities were a maze, and navigating them was quite a chore!!! And some basic kitchen utensils in the room would make a world of difference!!!

Beautifuly designed place to stay with very attentive employees in all areas. The location offered was peaceful right by the harbour as well as several, restaurants. It also was near the Ferry Port.

The setting was really poor.

A comfort double room on level 3 has basic facilities you need. Glad to have central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV...

The hotel art in santander was super comfy and the room had a nice balcony with a great view of the sea! The breakfast was tasty with lots of choices and the vibe in the breakfast room was chill with some cool decor. The staff was friendly and helped us with parking too!

only bad things were that the shower was a bit awkward and could've used a shelf, and the area around the hotel felt a little sketchy at night.

No issues, meets expectations. Friendly staff ready to assist promptly with parking.

The room was spacious with a huge bed, a tv, and a Nespresso machine. The balcony offered great views of the bay. Breakfast had a variety of options like fresh pastries and multiple bread selections. The staff provided parking assistance and useful info about local spots.

The breakfast was really good. Plenty of fresh options to choose from. The location was superb, just a short walk to bars and restaurants.

The staff at Art was accommodating, assisting with my luggage when I arrived. The breakfast buffet was a standout feature, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options including pastries and local specialties. The comfort of the room was noteworthy, with a spacious layout allowing ample area to work and relax. The balcony provided a beautiful view of the surroundings.

There was an overpowering smell of air freshener in the room.

Stunning views from my balcony were the highlight! 🌅 The location was handy for exploring Santander, but I wished the bed was firmer. a great spot for a relaxing getaway!
